GlenAllachie 18 Year Old is the mature statement of master distiller Billy Walker's sherried house style, drawn from the deep stocks that came with the distillery when Walker, the man who revived BenRiach and GlenDronach, bought it from Chivas Brothers in 2017. Built near Aberlour in 1967, GlenAllachie matures its 18 Year exclusively in sherry casks.Bottled at 92 proof, non-chill-filtered and naturally colored, the 18 is elegant rather than heavy: almond, nougat and citrus on the nose, then a silky palate of coconut, orange, dried fruit and gentle sherried spice, finishing long with lingering almond and ripe banana. Drinkhacker graded it an A-, the top mark in the core range. A refined, beautifully balanced old Speyside for the sherry enthusiast and a luxurious gift.Buy GlenAllachie 18 Year Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky online with fast shipping right to your door.
