Taylor NOS 812e-NGrand Concert Acoustic Electric

Premium nylon-string tone with refined Taylor response and exceptional NOS value

The Taylor NOS 812e-N brings together the warmth and expressive character of a premium nylon-string instrument with the comfort, detail, and modern playability Taylor is known for. With its Grand Concert body, solid Sitka spruce top, and solid Indian rosewood back and sides, this Acoustic Electric offers a rich, articulate voice that suits classical players, fingerstylists, and crossover musicians alike. As a Taylor NOS model, it offers an excellent opportunity to own a high-end Taylor at a lower price while still enjoying exceptional craftsmanship and long-term value.

Its responsive design delivers clear projection, sweet sustain, and strong note separation even with a light touch, while Advanced Performance bracing helps the guitar feel lively and nuanced across a wide dynamic range. Taylor's ES-N electronics add dependable amplified nylon-string performance, making this model equally rewarding for stage use, studio work, and refined practice sessions at home.

Rich nylon-string voice with premium tonewoods
A solid Sitka spruce top paired with solid Indian rosewood back and sides gives this model a clear, balanced sound with harmonic richness, warm lows, and sparkling highs. The Grand Concert body helps keep the response immediate and expressive, making it especially rewarding for fingerstyle playing and more detailed musical phrasing.

Comfortable design for expressive playing
The compact Grand Concert shape offers an inviting feel for players who prefer a more intimate body size without sacrificing tonal depth. A tropical mahogany neck, smoked ebony fretboard, and 1-7/8" nut width provide a comfortable platform for classical technique, intricate fingerstyle passages, and smooth chord voicings across the neck.

Stage-ready nylon performance with elegant appointments
Taylor's ES-N electronics system is designed specifically for nylon-string response, helping preserve warmth, articulation, and nuance when amplified. Premium details such as pale maple binding, rosewood edge trim, mother-of-pearl Element inlays, an abalone rosette, and Taylor Deluxe Hardshell Case complete a package that feels refined, musical, and ready for serious players.

Why choose the Taylor NOS 812e-N
This model is an excellent choice for players who want premium nylon-string tone, elegant Taylor craftsmanship, and dependable onboard electronics in a highly responsive Acoustic Electric. Its solid-wood construction, Grand Concert comfort, and NOS pricing make it a compelling way to step into a refined Taylor nylon-string instrument for less.
