Akrapovic Evolution Line Exhaust Systems shares its design platform with Akrapovic’s Racing Line systems. The key difference lies in material selection:

Evolution Line: Titanium headers and mid-pipes

Racing Line: Stainless steel headers and mid-pipes

The Akrapovic Evolution Line Exhaust System represents the pinnacle of performance in high-end aftermarket motorcycle exhaust technology. Designed for serious riders and track-focused enthusiasts, the Evolution Line features full titanium headers and mid-pipes for maximum weight savings, superior heat resistance, and uncompromising performance.
Akrapovic sets the Evolution Line apart is its full titanium construction. Unlike stainless-based systems, titanium dramatically reduces overall weight while enhancing strength and corrosion resistance. Every header and mid-pipe is hydroformed for optimal exhaust gas velocity and seamless flow, ensuring peak efficiency without structural compromise. Developed using in-house dyno testing and computer-controlled flow benches, each system is tuned specifically for its intended motorcycle model.
Features:

Full titanium header and mid-pipe construction for maximum weight reduction
Significantly lighter than OEM and stainless steel exhaust systems
Broad horsepower and torque improvements across the full RPM range
Crisper throttle input with smoother, more controllable acceleration
Hydroformed tubing engineered for efficient, unrestricted exhaust flow
Precision machined muffler inlet components
